5/20  Mostly good reports coming in today.  We talked to a number of customers that noted it was slow early this morning for crappies, but once the water warmed up to 59/60, the bite turned on fast!  This should continue through the next few days and we should see decent numbers of fish come in to spawn.  By late morning/early afternoon today, anglers were finding fish in 3-5 feet of water.  Some shallower and some deeper too.  Targetting rocky areas and timber was key.  Live minnows, and white, chartruese, or green twisters, all worked.

Down in the tioga spillway, anglers noted a good bite for walleyes, smallmouth, and bullhead, last night, and again this morning.  Live shiners, paddletail swimbaits, and various grub tails were working.  Walleyes varied in size, with many small ones, but a few up to 22 inches were caught too.

Bass fishing has been good on most of the lakes.  Jigs and jerkbaits still have been the most effective, though some fish were caught dropshotting and on crankbaits too.  Live shiners also worked well.  Please remember to catch and release.  Bass are not in season until June 18th.

A little rain in the forecast, but it should be a great week of fishing.  Get out and enjoy it!
