Got into some nice perch tonight on Hammond from about 7:30 to 9PM. Water temp is 76-78. We got most of them dragging blue bladed crawler harnesses off a bottom bouncer at 1.8-2.1 mph. 10-18 fow. Lots of short strikers. Shortened the worms and caught them better. We picked up a few others on a chartruese harness and shad colored cranks. Water is a little off color. We talked to a few other people that caught perch on live minnows and bass on a variety of baits. There was lots of pleasure boat traffic until about 8, then the lake settled down some.
Here's two of them from last night. All released.
