10/22 Tioga County's drought ended abruptly last night with heavy rains waterlogging the area. We were fortunate to miss most of the flooding and this water was much needed. Pine Creek is very high at the moment, but it has crested and is on its way back down. It will be a few more days until it is fishable again.
Hamilton Lake was restocked last Thursday. The fish were released into the deep water by the dam. Water levels at Hamilton are about back to normal now after the rains.
Little to report otherwise. Anglers are still catching bass, bluegills, and muskies. Likely, we will see the Corps lake muddy as this rain water travels through the lakes. Water temps 58-60ish.
